I think i'm drink too much bubble tea...  Had a Taro-milk tea and Roselle Honey Tea over the weekend....

Roselle Honey Tea, if you look carefully at the bottom of the cup you can actually see the crushed aiyu. It come i one solid piece of agar but as i stir with my straw, it become small pieces. They are really soft totally different, in texture, from their chewy pearls.

 Went Shokudo @ bugis for lunch, i ordered a seafood udon with creamy soup. The soup is quite milky and is well sweeten by sea food. Really delicious... It's not as creamy as those cream soup from the soup spoon but slightly thicker than normal noodle soup.

One more random event, the new platform @ Jurong is almost ready i think. I wonder how this new extension at JE station will help to improve the congestion @ JE every day...
